Overview
Returno Refundo is designed as a local-first iOS app for saving receipts, purchase details, return and warranty reminders, refund follow-ups, and related records. The app helps you organize purchase proof and deadlines for your own records.
No account required
Returno Refundo does not require you to create a user account. The app is designed to work without a Returno Refundo account or server-side profile.
Information stored on your device
While using the app, you may choose to save information such as receipt photos, purchase names, merchant names, purchase dates, totals or amounts, return deadlines, warranty deadlines, notes, refund or return status, proof attachments, and reminder preferences.
This information is stored on your device as part of using the app. Returno Refundo is designed not to send your saved purchase records to a Returno Refundo server.
No bank or inbox connection
Returno Refundo does not require a bank connection, card account login, email inbox login, or merchant account login.
No server account system
The app is designed to work without a developer-operated account or server profile. If future features require server processing or third-party services, this policy should be updated before those features are used.
Photos, camera, and notifications
Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to scan or attach a receipt or proof image. Notification permission is used only for reminders you enable or allow, such as return windows, warranty dates, or refund follow-ups.
You can manage camera, photo, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Exports and sharing
If the app lets you export or share PDFs, CSVs, reports, proof packets, images, or other files, you choose where to send them. Once exported or shared outside the app, those files are handled by the destination app or service.
Data collection
Returno Refundo is designed not to collect personal data through a developer-operated server. If you contact support by email, your email address and message contents will be used to respond to your request. Your email will be handled by your email provider and our support inbox.
Apple may process App Store downloads, purchases, crash reports, or diagnostics according to Apple's own policies and your device settings.
Third-party services
The app currently does not require third-party account integrations such as bank linking, email linking, merchant logins, or cloud receipt processing. If this changes, this policy should be updated to explain the new feature and any related data handling.
Children
Returno Refundo is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, this page will show the updated effective date.
