How do I add a purchase?

Add the purchase details manually or scan receipt proof if scanning is available in your version of the app.

How do I scan a receipt?

Use the receipt or proof attachment option in the app. If camera access does not work, check camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings.

Why should I save receipt proof?

Receipts can help with returns, refund follow-ups, warranty records, rebates, store credits, and your own purchase history.

How do reminders work?

Reminders are based on dates you save, such as return windows, warranty dates, or refund follow-ups. Make sure dates are correct before relying on reminders.

Can Returno Refundo guarantee a return or refund?

No. Return policies, refund timing, warranty terms, and card benefits vary. Check the seller, issuer, or manufacturer for the terms that apply.

Does the app connect to my bank or email?

No. Returno Refundo is designed to work without a bank login, card account connection, or email inbox connection.

Where is my data stored?

Saved purchase records are intended to stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
